Sean Dorsey

Sean is a Partner of Park North Capital. Sean is also the CEO and Owner of League Park Advisors, a boutique middle market investment bank, and a Managing Director and Partner in SCG Partners, a family office backed private equity fund focused on acquiring and operating service businesses.

Prior to founding League Park, Sean was Senior Managing Director at National City Corporation (currently PNC Financial Services) where he led the Investment Banking and Capital Markets businesses. He also previously served as a Managing Director at McDonald Investments (currently Keybanc Capital Markets), where he was Co-Head of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, Head of the Consumer Group and a member of the Structured and Real Estate Finance Group. Sean began his career as an attorney with the law firm of Baker Hostetler, and was a Partner specializing in Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Real Estate.

Sean holds his Series 7, 24, 79, and 99 licenses through SFI Capital Group, LLC for which he also serves as the firm’s CEO and Chief Compliance Officer. Sean previously served as a member of the FINRA Global Capital Markets Examination Committee.

Sean is a graduate of Cornell University and Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He has served on the boards or visiting committees of ABCO, Alliance Staffing, American Heart Association, American Red Cross, Case Western Reserve University School of Law and West Campus, Chancellor University, The Country Club, Cuyahoga County Community Improvement Corporation, Notre Dame College, PDI Group, PreEmptive Solutions, TalentLaunch and the United Way. He was also a member of Leadership Cleveland (Class of 2014).
